Booking assistant for appointment businesses

Your diary fills itself, while you're with a client.

Concierge answers your customers on your website, WhatsApp and Telegram, offers the times you're actually free, and writes the booking into one calendar you run from any browser. Then it reads your bookings back to you and tells you where the money is.

Works alongside how you already take bookings — it doesn't replace your phone.

Three front doors, one diary

Customers book where they already are.

Every booking lands in the same calendar, whichever way it came in. A slot taken on WhatsApp disappears from your website the moment it's taken.

Your website

A booking button on your own site

One line of code, pasted into Wix, Squarespace, WordPress or Shopify. It matches your colours and opens in a corner of the page — no redirect, no separate booking site to send people to.

WhatsApp

The app they message you on anyway

Customers pick a service, a day and a time in the chat they already use. No app to download, no account to make, no link to remember.

Telegram

Full self-service, both ways

Customers view, cancel and reschedule their own bookings. You run the whole business — hours, services, approvals, customers — from your phone.

Setting up

Open before your next appointment.

Three steps, in order. Nothing to install, and nothing that needs a developer.

Step 1

Tell it your hours

Your opening times, your services and how long each one takes. Add a buffer between appointments if you need one, and block out the days you're closed.

Step 2

Paste one line into your site

Copy the snippet, drop it into your website's custom-code box, publish. The booking button appears in the corner of every page.

Step 3

Get on with your day

Bookings arrive as they're made. Confirm them automatically, or approve each one yourself — your call, changeable any time.

What's included

The parts you'd otherwise do by hand.

Never double-booked

A slot is held the moment someone starts booking it, and released if they wander off. Two people racing for the same time can't both get it.

Real availability

Offers only times that fit the service length, your buffer and your notice period. Booked and blocked times are never shown.

A dashboard you actually run the business from

Today's bookings, your services and prices, opening hours, holidays, your customer list — all in one place, on any browser.

Confirm automatically, or approve each one

Let bookings confirm themselves, or hold them for your yes. Pending ones wait on your dashboard with a button.

Holidays and closures

Block a day or a fortnight and Concierge offers nothing at all on those dates, whatever your usual hours say.

Gaps and notice, your way

Set turnaround time between appointments and how far ahead customers must book. Availability respects both.

Your customer list, kept for you

Everyone who has booked, how often, when they were last in — with a note against each one.

Cancel and reschedule

Move or cancel a booking and the freed slot goes straight back into availability.

Reminders before the appointment

Customers booking on Telegram or WhatsApp get a nudge ahead of time, so fewer people forget.

One calendar, every channel

Website, WhatsApp and Telegram write to the same diary. There is no second place to check.

Autopilot · Growth and Pro

It reads your own bookings back to you.

Concierge looks at what you've actually booked and tells you what it sees — in plain sentences, with a confidence level, and something to do about it. Ask it to look whenever you like.

What it looks for

Nine patterns, not one

Quiet periods and busy ones. Unused availability. Your most and least booked services. Booking gaps. Cancellation trends. Growth opportunities. Customers who have stopped coming back.

What you get

A finding you can act on

"Monday evenings currently has unused availability." Marked high, medium or low confidence, with why it matters and what to do. Mark it done or dismiss it — it won't nag.

Pro

The message, written for you

For findings worth a customer message, Concierge writes one grounded in your actual numbers. Rewrite it if the tone is off. Nothing is ever sent without you.

Plans

Priced per business, not per booking.

Take as many bookings as you like — the price doesn't move. Cancel whenever; there's no contract.

Questions

Before you ask.

Do I need a website?

No. The booking button needs one, but WhatsApp and Telegram don't — plenty of businesses run entirely on those. If you do have a site, it works on Wix, Squarespace, WordPress and Shopify without a plugin.

Will it take a booking I can't actually honour?

It only offers times that fit the service's length, your buffer between appointments and your minimum notice. Blocked dates and booked slots never appear. If two people go for the same time at once, one of them gets it and the other is offered another.

Can I approve bookings myself instead of confirming automatically?

Yes. Automatic confirmation is the default because it's what most businesses want, but you can switch to approving each request by hand, and switch back whenever you like.

What happens to bookings I already have?

Concierge only knows about the bookings it takes. Block out the times you're already committed to and it will work around them.

Does it message my customers without asking me?

It sends appointment reminders, and confirmations for bookings customers make themselves. Anything promotional is drafted for you and sent only once you've approved it. Customers can opt out of messages at any time.

What if I stop paying?

Your booking button politely tells customers to contact you directly, and your data stays where it is. Nothing is deleted for turning it off.
